We are looking for an organized, personable, and driven Concierge Salon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead leasing efforts, and foster a thriving salon community. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact on tenant success and overall business performance. Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Tenant Retention Lease private salon suites to qualified beauty professionals Build and maintain strong relationships to support long-term tenant retention Manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain a healthy leasing pipeline Tours & Sales Schedule and conduct professional tours for prospective tenants Present suite features and benefits with confidence and professionalism Community & Client Relations Foster a welcoming, positive, and professional environment Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant needs and concerns Promote a cohesive and supportive salon community Operations & Administration Respond to calls, emails, and inquiries promptly Greet guests and support tenants with day-to-day needs Prepare weekly and monthly performance and sales reports Financial Management Collect weekly rent and manage delinquent accounts Issue notices and maintain accurate financial records Facilities Oversight Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas Manage office and cleaning supply inventory Perform light housekeeping as needed Marketing & Social Media Create and post weekly content across social media platforms Promote leasing opportunities and increase brand visibility Additional Duties Support Area and Corporate Management with special projects and initiatives QualificationsPreferred Experience Salon, spa, or property management experience Leasing, sales, or customer service background Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Professional, approachable, and community-focused Leadership ability with a passion for supporting others Work Schedule Tuesday•

Off This is a sole on-site manager role. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
Pay:
$19.00•$20.00 per hour
