Fair Oaks, California, 95628 Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Director to lead and manage our luxury spa facility in Fair Oaks, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and driving business growth. This leadership role requires a passion for wellness, strong management skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of spa operations including guest services, treatments, retail, and facility maintenance. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase spa revenue and profitability. Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain inventory control and manage vendor relationships. Create and promote spa programs, packages, and special events to attract and retain clients. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support brand initiatives and community outreach. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in spa management or a related hospitality leadership role. Proven track record of successfully managing spa operations and driving business growth. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. Proficiency with spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification or degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred.
