We are seeking a results-driven Salon Manager who is passionate about growing people, increasing sales, and building a high-performing team. This is not an administrative manager position. We are looking for a leader who has successfully grown a beauty business through strong leadership, marketing, and operational execution. What You'll Do Lead daily salon operations and ensure exceptional client experiences. Increase monthly sales through team coaching, promotions, memberships, and retention strategies. Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Manage labor costs, payroll, scheduling, and productivity while maintaining profitability. Monitor KPIs including revenue, retail sales, memberships, rebooking, client retention, payroll percentage, and Google reviews. Design and execute local marketing campaigns, social media promotions, referral programs, and community outreach. Create marketing materials using Canva or similar design software. Maintain high service standards and ensure all team members follow Lash Pilot systems and protocols. Coach underperforming employees through measurable performance plans. Work closely with ownership to drive sustainable growth. QualificationsRequired Minimum 3 years of management experience in a lash salon, beauty salon, med spa, or similar beauty business. Demonstrated track record of increasing sales and growing business performance. Proven experience managing payroll costs and labor efficiency. Strong leadership skills with a history of motivating, coaching, and retaining employees. Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns that generate measurable results. Experience with marketing design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of KPIs, budgeting, scheduling, and business operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Preferred Certified lash artist with professional lash extension experience. Experience performing eyelash extensions. Experience selling memberships or recurring beauty services. Multi-location management experience. Familiarity with salon software such as Meevo, Boulevard, Vagaro, GlossGenius, or similar platforms. What Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months, you will: Increase salon revenue through improved team performance and client retention. Maintain payroll costs within target goals.
