Salon Coordinator / Floor Manager We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Salon Coordinator / Floor Manager to join our team. This is an integral front-of-house position for someone who understands elevated hospitality and enjoys creating an exceptional experience for both clients and stylists. The ideal candidate is professional, sales-minded, detail-oriented, and confident managing the daily flow of a busy salon while also contributing to client engagement, marketing, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail Welcome guests and ensure a warm, seamless experience from arrival through checkout Oversee the daily salon floor, supporting stylists and maintaining an efficient appointment flow Maximize the appointment book by managing openings, cancellations, waitlists, and rebooking opportunities Support salon sales goals through retail recommendations, rebooking, and client engagement Process client checkouts and payments accurately Maintain clear communication between clients, stylists, and management Assist with Instagram and social media marketing, including promotions, stylist work, salon news, and special events Support client outreach and salon marketing initiatives Maintain a beautifully presented, organized, and welcoming front desk and salon environment Assist management with daily operations and special projects as needed Our Ideal Candidate Warm, polished, and professional with a natural sense of hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment Sales-oriented and comfortable helping drive retail, rebooking, and overall salon revenue Comfortable with Instagram and social media content creation Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of clients and the salon team Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous experience in a salon, spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar client-focused environment preferred About the Position This is more than a traditional front desk role. The Salon Coordinator / Floor Manager plays an important part in the overall client experience and daily success of the salon. We are looking for someone who takes pride in exceptional service, builds genuine relationships with clients, supports the salon team, and brings both professionalism and positive energy to the environment.
Schedule:

Pay:
$21.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
