Summary:
The salon receptionist position is a multi-task position that supports our salon objectives and provides our clients and staff with excellent service. The duties of the salon receptionist include but are not limited; scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, high level multi-tasking, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet every client with warmth and professionalism Manage bookings, walk-ins, and appointment flow efficiently Answer calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly Support technicians to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing front area Assist with laundry, stocking, and light cleaning duties Promote services, upgrades, and retail products naturally Ensure every guest feels valued and taken care of Help maintain the calm, luxury atmosphere of the salon
Qualifications & Requirements:
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Must be able to communicate in English; read, write & speak. Other languages preferred. Must be available evenings, weekends, and peak hours

Thursdays - Sundays 9:30AM - 7:00
