The right candidate must have the experience and confidence to: Lead, manage and hold a team accountable Recognize a strong esthetician and evaluate treatment performance Understand client consultations, treatment plans and the full client journey Identify operational problems quickly and take initiative to solve them Train and guide staff on professionalism, communication and service standards Manage scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups and daily spa operations Understand sales, packages, memberships and client retention Review performance and recognize where the business is losing opportunities Maintain a luxury, professional and results-driven environment Take ownership — without needing constant direction Medical spa / aesthetics management experience is strongly preferred.
