The ideal candidate is client-focused, skilled in a variety of techniques, and dedicated to providing a safe, effective, and positive experience. This role involves customizing treatments to client needs, promoting wellness, and supporting a clean and professional spa environment. What You'll Do Overcome objections during the sales process to increase membership conversions Develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability Analyze business data to guide decision-making and drive overall success Use sound judgment and operate independently with minimal supervision Plan and direct daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow Manage staff schedules to optimize productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing spa environment Oversee inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of products Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and addressing concerns promptly Ensure full compliance with all Hand & Stone policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations Mentor and supervise all team members in accordance with company standards Motivate and empower the team to achieve and maintain high performance standards What We're Looking For 18 years old or older Highschool diploma or equivalent Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ready to Join Our Team?
