Located in Pembroke Pines, we offer medical aesthetics and cosmetic surgery services with a focus on personalized care and patient experience. We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead our team, strengthen daily operations, and drive sustainable growth. This is an opportunity for an accountable, people-focused leader who understands that strong business performance starts with a well-supported team and an exceptional patient experience. The Role The General Manager will oversee the business's day-to-day operations, team performance, patient experience, and revenue goals. Working closely with ownership and clinical leadership, you will turn priorities into clear expectations, consistent processes, and measurable results. You should be comfortable coaching employees, managing a busy schedule, following up on leads, reviewing performance metrics, and resolving patient concerns with professionalism and care. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations to keep the practice organized, efficient, and prepared to deliver an excellent patient experience. Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance and service standards. Manage staff schedules, coverage, and workflows to support patient demand and provider availability. Lead regular team meetings, performance conversations, and ongoing staff development. Oversee the patient journey from initial inquiry and consultation through treatment coordination, follow-up, and rebooking. Ensure timely, consistent lead follow-up and coach the team on consultations, conversion, retention, and appropriate service recommendations. Own revenue goals and track key performance indicators, including conversion, average transaction value, rebooking, patient retention, and provider productivity. Improve provider schedules, treatment-room utilization, and appointment efficiency in coordination with clinical leadership. Manage inventory, purchasing, supplies, and cost controls while maintaining appropriate stock levels. Handle patient concerns and service recovery with empathy, sound judgment, and timely follow-through. Coordinate promotions, events, and marketing initiatives with ownership and the team. Prepare regular reports for ownership on business performance, staffing, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities. Partner with clinical leadership to maintain practice policies, patient privacy, and quality standards while respecting clinical decision-making and provider responsibilities. Qualifications At least 3 years of management experience with responsibility for team leadership and business performance. Direct medical spa management experience strongly preferred. Experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or a related patient-focused business is a plus. Demonstrated success hiring, training, coaching, and developing a team. Experience with consultations, sales, lead follow-up, and conversion. Confidence working with revenue goals, performance metrics, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive patient situations with discretion and professionalism. Comfort using scheduling, CRM, and practice-management systems. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. The Person Who Will Succeed Here You take ownership and follow through. You notice when a lead has not been contacted, a schedule needs attention, or an employee needs coaching, and you act. You lead with clear expectations, consistent accountability, and respect. You are comfortable discussing numbers, addressing performance issues, and recognizing great work. You bring practical solutions and understand how to grow a medical-aesthetics business while protecting patient trust and supporting the clinical team.
