Salon Lead Pay Commission on services 100% tips Plus $5.00/hour when running the salon Salon Leads typically earn about $75-$100 EXTRA per week from salon lead hours. That's about $300 - $400 EXTRA per month on top of commission and tips! Princess Hair Pizzazz is looking for a Salon Lead to help lead our team at our busy kids' hair salon. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with children, knows how to braid and style natural hair, and is comfortable helping leading a team. This role is great for a stylist who wants to earn strong commission while stepping into leadership. What You'll Do Support the day-to-day flow of the salon Help manage the team and keep things running smoothly Assist with scheduling, cleanliness, and overall salon organization We're Looking For Experienced braider/stylist (kids' styles preferred) Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Someone who can take initiative and handle responsibility Strong communication and customer service skills Why Stylists Like Working Here Busy salon with steady clients Commission + tips + management pay Supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within the company If you're ready to step into a leadership role while still doing what you love, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay:

$525.00 - $1,000.00 per week Application Question(s): What days and hours are you available to work? We are open everyday from 9 am to 9 pm. Are you able to work significant hours on the weekend? Why are you a good fit for this job? You must be able to work 2 out of these three - Monday evening, Tuesday evening, or Wednesday evening. Are you able to at least two of these shifts?
