This isn't a typical front desk position. Our Boise campus operates like a real working salon and learning environment, with 17 Style Bars, 9-bowl Shampoo Edit, Barber Club, Esthetics rooms, 10-Station Nail Studio , and Pedi Lounge. Every day brings students, educators, clients, appointments, retail, attendance, schedules, and plenty of moving pieces. We're looking for the person who can help bring all of it together. If you're organized, great with people, calm under pressure, and naturally notice what needs to be handled before someone has to ask — you may be exactly who we're looking for. What You'll Do Help oversee the daily student, client, and salon experience across campus Welcome students, clients, and visitors with warmth and professionalism Coordinate client appointments across Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics, Nails, and Pedicures Manage student clock-ins, clock-outs, tardies, and attendance tracking Build relationships with students and recognize attendance or scheduling concerns early Keep appointment schedules organized and service areas flowing Support retail sales, checkout, and product transactions Help resolve scheduling conflicts, client concerns, and everyday campus issues Communicate closely with educators and campus leadership Step in, take ownership, and help keep the campus organized when things get busy We're looking for someone who is : Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities Friendly, professional, and naturally good with people Comfortable holding people accountable while still being approachable Calm and solutions-focused when plans change A strong communicator Comfortable learning scheduling, attendance, administrative, and point-of-sale systems Proactive — you see what needs to happen and help make it happen Energized by a fast-paced environment Experience in hospitality, salon or spa operations, retail leadership, student services, customer experience, office management, or high-volume scheduling is preferred, but not required.
