We are not a traditional salon—we are a high-demand, editorial-forward beauty space setting the tone in New Orleans. Recently voted "Best Place to Get a Manicure in New Orleans - 2025," our brand sits at the intersection of luxury service, culture, and creative industry work . From daily client experiences to film and editorial projects , we operate at a high level—and that requires a front-of-house presence that matches our standard.
The Role:
We are looking for a Salon Coordinator who can be the operational backbone of our space—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and keeps everything running seamlessly without constant oversight. This is not just a front desk job—this is a growth role with real responsibility and autonomy , ideal for someone who wants to step into leadership and grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily booking and scheduling across all service providers Oversee client check-in/check-out experience with professionalism and efficiency Handle retail sales and inventory awareness Support light marketing efforts (social media posts, promotions, client communication) Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and team members Ensure the salon stays clean, organized, and fully operational at all times Monitor daily operations and proactively address issues before they arise
