Job Description

Green Tangerine Spa & Salon is seeking a full-time, experienced Salon Manager for its location in Burlington, MA. Our ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, fashionable appearance, be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills and be able handle staff, clients and prospective clientele with a positive attitude. Any candidate should also have the ability to multi-task effectively and be computer literate. We are open 6 days a week and need someone with a flexible schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong customer service skills. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, service with a smile, tact and diplomacy
  • Must be punctual, dependable, proactive and have the ability to work well with and salon owner, staff and clients
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner
  • Must be comfortable speaking with clients and prospective clients on the telephone and in-person. Challenges with guests are inevitable and the person in this position must be able to deal with these challenges with ease and train other front desk coordinators to do the same
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work as a team player and independently
  • Ability to educate and sell services and retail products to clients.
