Assistant Spa Manager We are seeking a motivated, professional, and guest-focused Assistant Spa Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the spa and wellness industry, enjoys leading a team, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Support the Spa Manager with the day-to-day operation of the spa Lead, motivate, and support spa and front-desk team members Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest questions or concerns professionally Assist with staff scheduling, training, and maintaining service standards Manage appointments, bookings, payments, and daily front-desk operations Help achieve sales goals for spa services, packages, and retail products Maintain a clean, welcoming, relaxing, and professional spa environment Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies and retail products Help ensure company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards are followed Step in to support the Spa Manager and oversee operations when needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, positive, and confident in a leadership role. Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, wellness, or customer-service environment is preferred but not absolutely necessary. Supervisory, leadership or management experience is a must. You should have excellent communication and customer-service skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a genuine interest in wellness and helping guests feel their best. $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 35.0 per week
