Job Summary The Spa Manager is responsible for driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals; hiring, training, and leading a team of consultants. Delivering exceptional customer consultations on wellness services and skincare products. While keeping a positive and productive team culture. Duties and Responsibilities Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly Hiring and training your team of consultants Ongoing team training Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, spa and beauty products Ensuring all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met Maintaining a clean and organized spa Opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking Qualifications High school diploma, or equivalent Leadership/Management experience Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation Physical Demands Lift up to 20 pounds Reach above shoulder level Bend at the waist Stand and walk for long periods of time Working Conditions The Spa Manager is expected to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings, with full time availability in a salon/spa environment. Supervisory responsibility The Spa Manager will oversee their team of spa employees.
