Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time Chiropractic Office Manager and Massage Therapist to join our vibrant healthcare team. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and policies such as HIPAA and JCAHO standards Manage medical records, electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), and patient management software like eClinicalWorks or Epic to maintain accurate documentation and streamline workflows Supervise healthcare staff, including chiropractic assistants and massage therapists, fostering a collaborative team environment through effective communication and leadership Handle medical administrative support tasks such as billing, coding, insurance claims processing, and managing accounts receivable using dental or medical office management software like Dentrix or Eaglesoft Ensure compliance with health regulation policies, manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and support fiscal management initiatives within the practice Provide therapeutic massage services to patients while maintaining high standards of care and customer service in alignment with healthcare practice management principles Coordinate with healthcare providers on acute care cases, utilization management, and managed care protocols to optimize patient outcomes Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management with a focus on chiropractic or similar clinics Supervising experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating strong managerial communication skills and team leadership abilities Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Managed Care platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for administrative tasks Knowledge of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance, JCAHO accreditation standards, and medical billing procedures Background in nursing or dental office experience is advantageous but not required; clinical experience in acute or critical care settings is highly valued Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining excellent customer service standards in a busy healthcare environment Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare staff coordination to ensure seamless clinic operations Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to improving patient health through exceptional care and efficient practice management.
