Job Description
Polished Spa has immediate openings for a part-time Spa Coordinator. Duties include, but are not limited to, checking guests in and out, scheduling appointments, managing text messages and phone calls, receiving and stocking inventory, laundry, and light housekeeping. The ability to learn and successfully use a computer-based booking system required. Prior experience with Meevo or a similar online booking platform a plus. Candidates should be eager and motivated with hospitality and customer service skills. Spa Coordinators are a guest's first and last point of contact with the Spa and as such must be able to represent Polished Spa with both efficiency and pride.
