Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and organization of all spa treatment rooms, common areas, and equipment, and coordinate heavy cleaning with the outside cleaning company Oversee shift-level operations of the Spa's three treatment rooms, including scheduling, room turnover, and appointment flow Manage guest appointments using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as WellnessLiving Supervise, coach, and provide day-to-day guidance to Therapists during your shift Open and close the Spa area, confirming rooms, linens, and supplies are stocked, clean, and ready for service Greet and check in/out guests, manage appointment bookings, and professionally resolve client concerns Promote and support the sale of Spa services, packages, memberships, and retail products to clients Maintain accurate shift reports and inventory counts, and communicate supply or maintenance needs to management Ensure Spa treatment rooms and common areas meet health, safety, and sanitation standards Assist with onboarding and training of new Spa staff or Therapists Perform scheduled skincare and/or massage treatments and services for your assigned clients, as applicable. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably within resort or spa environments Experience of Custober Relationship Management Systems such as WellnessLiving or similar Custober Relationship Management Systems (CRM) Demonstrated ability to manage front desk operations, including phone communication and multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations, problem-solving, and conflict resolution Join CGI Holistic Fitness & Spa as a Spa Shift Supervisor and help lead a dedicated team in delivering calm, restorative wellness experiences.
