Responsibilities Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and walk-in inquiries to optimize client flow. Handle retail sales of hair products, skincare items, and beauty accessories through upselling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations Assist with store management duties such as inventory tracking and product merchandising Manage front desk operations efficiently while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
