Your Role:

Assist with overall salon operations and management Support, coach, and develop stylists and coordinators Ensure every client has an exceptional experience Recruit, train, and onboard new team members Collaborate with the Salon Manager to hit revenue and sales goals Stay on top of industry trends and share knowledge with the team

What We're Looking For:
