This position offers around 30 hours a week. Work from Tuesday to Friday from 9.30 am to 4 pm. One or two evening shifts (1-6 pm) a week and one or two Saturdays a month are requested . Responsibilities and Duties Managing everyday spa front desk activity Customer service (greeting clients, managing phone calls, booking, confirming accepting payments etc.) Office cleaning duties Helping manage a team of 6-8 people Assisting in marketing spa through printing materials, website and social media platforms Creating printing brochures, flyers etc. Managing companies' website Qualifications and Skills Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel).
