This is a working position • Some of the duties in the office include: Answering phone calls and emails Scheduling reservations Monitoring staff Checking for proper vaccination requirements and documentation. Explaining our forms and policies to customers who have questions. Knowing our pricing, grooming services, and other amenities that we offer. Processing and taking all forms of payment. Revenue receipts and keeping track of nightly revenue. Computer skills is a must! Interviews Covering Shifts Handling emergency situations We need someone who can pass a background check and drug test. Has a flexible schedule, can work weekends, and holidays if needed.
