  • A clear growth path to Assistant Manager for the right candidate Position Overview We are currently hiring a Lead Spa Coordinator for an in-person, part-time role.
This position plays an important role in the daily flow of the spa and the overall guest experience. The Lead Spa Coordinator helps ensure that the front desk runs smoothly, guests feel welcomed and cared for, and the spa environment remains organized and professional. In addition to guest service responsibilities, this role serves as a leadership position within the front desk team. The Lead Spa Coordinator helps support team communication, training, accountability, and operational consistency. This role is ideal for someone who is warm, articulate, detail-oriented, enjoys both guest interaction and behind-the-scenes organization, and is interested in developing leadership and management skills. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Front Desk
  • Welcome guests and create a calm, polished check-in experience
  • Manage appointment scheduling and daily spa flow
  • Communicate with guests via phone, text, and email
  • Share information about memberships, services, retail products, and seasonal offerings
  • Maintain spa presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality standards Leadership & Team Support
  • Help onboard and train new Spa Coordinators
  • Serve as a resource and support person for front desk team members
  • Assist with maintaining front desk standards and procedures
  • Support guest recovery and service resolution when needed
  • Help ensure consistency in guest experience and team communication Operations & Administrative Support
  • Assist with administrative tasks and spa organization
  • Support inventory tracking and retail restocking
  • Assist with client follow-up and membership retention initiatives
  • Support occasional events, projects, and operational improvements
  • Assist with process documentation and standard operating procedures Growth Path This position offers a growth path into an Assistant Manager role. As the business grows, opportunities may include increased involvement in:

  • Starting at $19/hour
