This includes, but not limited to, Loading Cars, Prepping Cars, Dumping Trash, Sweeping Parking Lot, Selling Memberships, Assisting Customers in The Vacuum Area, Pay Station, Office, Tunnel Cleaning, Trench and Pit Cleaning, and any other area of cleaning or customer interaction as necessary. Site Manager - Responsible for the daily operational needs of the wash site. Ensuring the wash site is properly staffed and providing our customers with clean, dry, and shiny cars every time while providing best in class customer experience. Responsible for the daily encouragement of all team members to maximize their full potential regarding their daily assignments. Will ensure that all employees embrace and cultivate our Core Purpose of wowing every guest with a positive experience every time. Will ensure all employees adhere daily to our Core Values, Heroic Customer Service, Passionately Seek Solutions, Create Positivity, Do the Right Thing, Respect and Appreciate, and Honesty & Integrity. Will ensure all Company Directives are followed, and a positive atmosphere is created during any times of change. Site Manager - As a Site Manager you may delegate tasks, but you can never delegate your responsibilities. Here is a list of your responsibility Ensure 4 Weeks Work Schedule is always in system. Must be updated weekly no later than Noon on Mondays. Ensure all new hires complete the new hire orientation in time allotted and given all necessary tools to be successful. Give weekly One on One's with each team member. Follow documentation guidelines. Ensure the Wash Site meets company standards regarding cleanliness. Ensure all team members are following company guidelines, policy, and procedures. Coach for correction when necessary. Ensure a steady stream of new hire candidates are available by following company recruiting guidelines. Ensure all Preventative Maintenance Schedules are followed and documented by company guidelines. Ensure all Daily/Weekly/Monthly Checklists are completed by company guidelines and that all team members perform checklists understand what they are completing. Ensure that any Team Member who shows the interest and ability to advance their career with our company you help facilitate their enrollment in our Career Advancement Program. Ensure that all Team Members are adhering to the company Uniform and Dress Code. Ensure that all Team Members have completed their Safety Training in the time allotted as a new hire or our annual training. Ensure that all Team Members are following the guidelines laid out in our Safety Policy. Ensure all Team Members understand our Key Performance Indicators and Understand how our Commission and Bonus Plan impact their personal compensation. Ensure that Wash Site Employees adhere to any Company Initiatives and ensure as a leader you will assist any employee who overcomes any setbacks, they might have with any Company Initiative. Perform Crew Member Tasks Daily.
