Primary Responsibilities:
Guest Relations:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Handle inquiries regarding spa services, treatments, and retail offerings.
Appointment Management:
Schedule and coordinate appointments for spa services.

Monitor appointment schedules and follow up on confirmations and rescheduling.
Sales and Upselling:
Promote and sell spa services and retail products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Provide detailed information on available treatments and promotional packages.
Retail Operations:
Oversee retail operations within the spa, maintaining organization and product availability.

Track inventory levels and manage orders as needed.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with therapists and spa team members for seamless service delivery.

Assist in training new staff members regarding guest care and retail operations.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.

Participate in staff meetings and training focused on operational excellence.
Continuous Improvement:
Gather guest feedback to implement enhancements to the guest experience.

Stay updated on spa industry trends and innovations.
