Primary Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

o Assist the Director of Spa and Wellness with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, meetings, and reports.o Maintain and organize spa documentation, records, and compliance materials as required.2.

Operations Management:

o Oversee daily operations of Folklore, ensuring the spa is fully staffed and organized to meet guest needs.o Collaborate with the Director to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout all areas of the spa.3.

Team Coordination:

o Schedule staff in alignment with spa services and treatments, ensuring optimal coverage and support during peak times.o Provide guidance and mentoring to spa staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.4.

Guest Experience:

o Ensure a seamless guest experience by managing appointment bookings, service coordination, and customer follow-up.o Address guest inquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.5.

Inventory and Supplies Management:

o Assist in managing inventory levels of spa products and supplies, coordinating orders and stock rotations as needed Collaborate with the Director to implement retail strategies that enhance guest experiences and drive sales.6.

Compliance and Safety:

o Support compliance with health, safety, and industry standards in all spa operations.o Assist in implementing and reinforcing policies and procedures that promote a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
