Provide comprehensive employee orientation and ongoing training development to enhance staff skills. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Maintain effective communication with staff, addressing any concerns or suggestions promptly. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth. Requirements Previous experience in store management or a similar role within the beauty industry. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in payroll management and employee records. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
