Location:

Rice Village, Houston, TX We are looking for an experienced, polished, and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our luxury European spa in Rice Village. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a warm and professional personality, and experience working in a luxury spa, salon, wellness, beauty, or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phone calls, text messages, and client inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments Communicate professionally with clients in person, by phone, and by text Recommend and sell spa services, packages, and memberships Follow up with clients and help increase bookings and retention Process payments and assist with daily front desk operations Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area Create and manage promotional content and social media materials using Canva Support the spa team with daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

Previous front desk or receptionist experience required Excellent spoken and written English Strong communication and customer service skills Confident and comfortable with sales and upselling Experience with Canva and basic social media content creation Professional, polished appearance and positive attitude Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience in a luxury spa, salon, beauty, or hospitality setting is a plus We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with people and providing an exceptional client experience.
