Summary:
The Program Supervisor serves as a collaborative leader under the direction of the Program Manager or Campus Director, supporting the oversight of faculty performance, student education, instructor training, program evaluation, academic scheduling, and adherence to institutional policies and standards.
Supervisory Responsibility:
Oversees the daily workflow of the education department. Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff. Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Job Duties/Essential Functions:
Supports the overall delivery and effectiveness of the education program, fostering a positive and professional learning environment. Collaborates with leadership to oversee faculty, student outcomes, and program operations. Maintains and ensures consistency of curriculum, instructional materials, and program content in alignment with accreditation standards. Supports ongoing accreditation compliance and program effectiveness initiatives. Coordinates schedules, calendars, and course delivery to ensure smooth day-to-day program operations. Oversees the use of learning systems and ensures courses are properly structured and accessible. Assists with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of instructors. Provides coaching and support to enhance instructional quality and consistency. Facilitates faculty meetings and training, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement. Partners with leadership and contributes to program planning and advisory activities. Upholds confidentiality, institutional policies, and regulatory requirements. Identifies, escalates, and assists in resolving operational or academic issues. Takes an active role in presenting program orientations and graduation ceremonies. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and support a diverse student population. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of, and commitment to, upholding institutional policies and standards. Ability to support oversight of curriculum, faculty performance, student needs, and academic scheduling across multiple priorities. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to high standards of hygiene and presentation when interacting with the public.
Education & Experience:
Associate's degree required. bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of administrative, coordination, or support experience, preferably in an educational, healthcare, or regulated environment. Utah LMT with at least 3 years in the massage profession Basic proficiency with office software and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, learning management systems such as CANVAS). Teaching experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds independently.
