Med Spa Sales Manager - Key Responsibilities The Med Spa Sales Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position requires a results‑driven individual with strong communication skills, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of aesthetic and wellness services. Primary Responsibilities Achieve monthly sales goals by leading consultations, coaching staff, and implementing effective conversion strategies. Structure and manage payroll to ensure labor efficiency, proper staffing levels, and alignment with company financial targets. Supervise day‑to‑day operations to maintain smooth workflow, high service standards, and consistent patient satisfaction across the clinic. Provide clear, confident explanations of services , treatment plans, and membership options to patients, ensuring they fully understand benefits, expectations, and pricing.

Requirements:

Must speak English and Spanish. Previous experience in sales (preferably in health, aesthetics, or wellness). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Proactive, organized, and results-driven attitude. Professional appearance and demeanor.
