We're looking for an experienced, motivated Licensed Esthetician to step into a hybrid Salon Manager role. What You'll Do:

Leadership & Team Development Coach and mentor a team of estheticians. Track each esthetician's Membership Conversion Rate (MCR) and overall performance. Meet with team members regularly to review their progress, identify opportunities for improvement, set goals, and keep them motivated. Support new hires during onboarding and development. Help maintain a positive, fun, and high-performing culture. Assist with staff scheduling and daily operations. Address real-time issues and support the team as needed. Operations Ensure exceptional client experiences. Monitor salon cleanliness and operational standards. Assist with inventory and supply management. Help maintain consistency with Hello Sugar systems and procedures. Support business growth initiatives and team accountability. Client Services Perform sugaring and waxing services during scheduled client shifts. Deliver outstanding customer service. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
