ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run day-to-day spa operations — scheduling, staff development, client experience, and retail Lead and motivate an ambitious team of estheticians Drive retail sales and hit monthly revenue targets Handle client relationships and rebooking targets Track weekly performance and hold yourself and the team accountable Continuously improve the standards, culture, and energy of the spa Grow and maintain marketing strategies Grow medical spa elements and maintain current spa environment
WHAT WE OFFER

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Licensed esthetician (required) Experienced team leader who earns respect, not just compliance Someone who takes ownership of outcomes — wins and losses Comfortable with retail sales, numbers, and accountability Management or lead esthetician experience (required)
