The ideal candidate has strong experience in garment construction, fitting, and alterations, with the ability to work on a variety of fabrics and styles. This role requires precision, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in garment alterations or tailoring Strong understanding of garment construction and fit Proficiency with industrial sewing machines, sergers, and hand‑sewing techniques Ability to work with a variety of fabrics, including delicate and specialty materials Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Portfolio or examples of past work preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
