Duties Operate sewing machines efficiently to assemble garments according to design specifications and patterns Perform garment construction tasks, including stitching, hemming, and finishing seams with accuracy Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to specifications Follow detailed instructions and work from patterns or samples to ensure proper fit and style Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing or warehouse environment Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Assist in inventory management by organizing fabric and sewing supplies as needed Skills Proficiency in garment construction techniques and sewing machine operation Strong knowledge of sewing, stitching, and finishing methods for various fabrics Experience working in manufacturing or warehouse settings preferred Ability to interpret patterns, technical drawings, or instructions accurately Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for precise stitching Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Familiarity with safety procedures related to sewing equipment and warehouse environments Join us as a Seamstress and bring your craftsmanship to life!
