To learn more about our work, please visit https://www.instagram.com/savage.designs or www.savagedesins.com Position Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and artistic individual with excellent manual dexterity to join our team. This role involves the meticulous disassembly and reassembly of racing helmets, including sanding, shaping, and preparation for custom paint finishes. The ideal candidate should have experience with an air brush as well as strong art skills such as drawing and painting. Candidates should possess a passion for craftsmanship, the ability to follow precise procedures, and a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Disassemble helmets in preparation for paint and customization Reassemble helmets post-paint with precision and care Perform both wet and dry sanding to prepare surfaces and finalize finishes Shape and form plastic air induction systems using hand tools, grinders, and sanders Taping and masking helmets for paint Painting with an airbrush Interact professionally with team members and clients Required Qualifications Strong artistic ability with a steady, delicate touch (e.g., drawing, sketching, detailed hand work) Familiarity with sanding techniques and the use of hand and electric tools Excellent problem-solving skills and time management abilities Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality High school diploma or equivalent Neat, professional appearance and demeanor Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills How to Apply Interested candidates should review our work at before applying.
