Job Summary We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Braid and Sew Specialists (No License Needed). In this role, you will do braids for sew ins and sewing in tracks for our license stylist to complete with an amazing professional style. We're looking for exceptional service to our diverse clientele. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your talents in a lively salon setting while contributing to our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Create basic 12-14 braids per client for a sew-in ( 20-35 minutes) also can sew in tracks if needed to after braiding. Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all procedure Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Qualifications Prior experience or strong interest in hair extensions, braiding, or sewing-in techniques Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Join us at 3 Girls And A Needle where your talent can flourish!
