Job Description
Overview Adam Alteration is looking for an experienced tailor / alterations specialist to join our team in Flowery Branch, GA. We need someone who can independently perform professional alterations with high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Alter men's and women's clothing Alter suits, jackets, pants, shirts, dresses, and formalwear Hem and taper pants Take in and let out waist, seat, sides, and seams Shorten and taper jacket sleeves Perform jacket and suit alterations Replace and repair zippers Perform resizing and more complex alterations when needed Operate industrial sewing machines and alteration equipment Maintain clean, professional, high-quality workmanship Requirements Previous professional tailoring/alterations experience is required Must be confident working independently Strong sewing and garment-construction skills Experience with men's suits and jackets is highly preferred Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to produce professional-quality work
