Romeoville, IL 60446 Job Summary We are seeking experienced Sewing Machine Operators to join our production team in Romeoville, IL. This position is ideal for candidates with industrial sewing experience who are comfortable operating commercial sewing equipment and producing high-quality textile products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience operating Juki sewing machines and Barudan embroidery machines are highly preferred. Individuals with similar experience, such as those working in upholstery, custom textiles, embroidery, or garment manufacturing, are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, or alter textile products. Sew a variety of fabrics while maintaining quality and production standards. Read and follow work instructions and production specifications. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production goals while following all safety procedures. Qualifications Previous industrial sewing experience required. Experience with Juki sewing machines strongly preferred. Experience with Barudan embroidery machines is a plus. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
