Arnold, MO We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Seamstress to join our production team. This position focuses on the hands-on fabrication of hot tub & swim spa covers. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, following established processes, and collaborating with a team to produce high-quality products. Responsibilities Sew and assemble spa covers according to specifications Measure foam inserts and cut to required specifications Lay out, measure, and cut underlayment and vinyl for tops, bottoms, and sides Wrap foam inserts in waterproof plastic Assemble foam inserts into vinyl cover sleeves Prepare finished covers for shipping Work closely with other team members involved in the assembly process Maintain an organized and clean work area Assist with inventory tracking and supply needs as needed Qualifications Sewing or fabrication experience necessary (commercial or industrial a plus) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with consistent attendance
