INDUSTRIAL
Seamstress! The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing machines and producing high-quality sewn products while meeting production goals. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial sewing machines, including single-needle, double-needle, sergers, and other specialized equipment. Sew, assemble, and finish products according to specifications and quality standards. Use industrial heat press to apply pre-made graphics. Read and follow work orders, patterns, and production instructions. Inspect materials and finished products for defects and quality. Measure, cut, and prepare fabric or other materials as needed. Perform routine machine maintenance, such as changing needles, threading machines, and cleaning equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production quotas while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Report equipment issues or material shortages to supervisors.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines preferred. Ability to sew straight, consistent seams with precision. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to read measuring tools and follow written instructions. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds, as required. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers. Good vision for detailed work.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in upholstery, automotive, marine, furniture, apparel, or textile manufacturing. Knowledge of different fabrics and vinyl materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:
This position is performed in a manufacturing or production facility with exposure to industrial sewing equipment and standard production noise. Appropriate safety procedures must be followed. Full-time, Monday - Friday. Hourly pay based on experience. Overtime available based on business needs.

Up to $25.00 per hour
