Key Responsibilities & Skills Proficiency in a wide range of sewing techniques, including professional hemming, complex alterations, and garment repairs. Strong knowledge of garment construction and various fabric types. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining our high standards of quality. Ability to interact professionally and warmly with clients to understand their tailoring needs. Expertise in precise measurements and fittings for custom alterations, including lengthening/shortening sleeves, finishing pant bottoms (with/without cuffs), and adjusting hemlines and waists. Skilled in repairing or replacing zippers, buttons, and other fasteners. Ability to perform complex deconstruction and reconstruction of garments. Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines, foot pedals, and hand irons to achieve professional results. Experience in marking garments accurately for alterations.
