is seeking an experienced Custom Clothier. The Role Manage and deepen client relationships with prospective, new and returning clients. Understand each client's lifestyle, personal style, and expectations. Guide clients through the process. Serve as the client's principal point of contact throughout the custom journey. Coordinate appointments, fittings, alterations, timelines and delivery. Keep every stage of the custom journey moving with precision. Anticipate client needs before they need to be explained. experience. Required Experience A minimum of two years of professional experience in custom clothing or commissioned attire. A proven history of developing and maintaining valuable client relationships. Fluency in measurements, fittings, alterations and garment delivery. The ability to manage multiple clients and processes. Strong fashion judgment and a developed eye for personal style. Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication. Polish, presence, discretion and emotional intelligence. The ability to operate independently at a first-class standard.
