In this role, you will be an essential part of creating high-quality garments by operating sewing machines with precision and care. Responsibilities Operate various sewing machines to assemble and finish garments according to specifications and quality standards Follow detailed work instructions and patterns to ensure accurate garment construction Inspect finished products for defects, inconsistencies, or errors, making adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines Report any machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly to supervisors for quick resolution Assist in packaging finished products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling Requirements Prior experience with garment construction or sewing machine operation is highly preferred Proficiency in using sewing machines and understanding different sewing techniques Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to apparel production Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling and storage procedures Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Embark on a rewarding career where your sewing skills help bring designs to life!
