This role involves custom fabricating draperies for commercial projects including hospitals, schools, churches, and businesses. We welcome individuals with sewing experience and a strong work ethic, and we also offer opportunities for those with leadership or supervisory experience. Key Responsibilities Operate sewing machines and cut fabric accurately Move and handle large bolts of fabric and completed draperies between workstations Maintain a high standard of quality while meeting production deadlines Cross-train in multiple workstations to support overall team efficiency Contribute to a clean, organized, and collaborative work environment Qualifications Experience operating sewing machines (required) Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math accurately Capable of lifting 20 lbs regularly and 40 lbs occasionally Able to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and sense of urgency Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
