The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing machine repairs or small mechanical/ electrical repairs. On the job training is available. Responsibilities Troubleshoot machine issues and perform necessary repairs. Ensure all sewing machines are properly calibrated and functioning efficiently. Collaborate with team members to meet goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Make house calls to set up or service sewing machines. Qualifications Proficiency in operating sewing machines, with the ability to sew various types of fabrics. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
