Aero Construction (Division of Pacific Commercial Equipment, Inc.) is a full service commercial and residential Earthwork and Utilities Company based in Snohomish. We are committed to safety, quality and sustainability. We are a looking for a skilled Diesel Mechanic to maintain and repair diesel fleet vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability of engines and mechanical systems. Applicant will be responsible for a personal set of basic hand tools up to 1/2 drive. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and related systems. Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to assess mechanical issues. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and machinery to identify potential problems. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed. Work with schematics to understand complex systems and troubleshoot effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs. Assist in welding, soldering, or other fabrication tasks as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic. Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques. Experience with Peterbilt and Kenworth trucks Proficient in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
