Commission-based Job Overview Jaguar Tattoos is growing, and we're looking for professional tattoo artists who want more than a chair to work from. We currently operate two Jacksonville locations and are building a team centered around artistic development, professionalism, personal branding, accountability, and an exceptional client experience.

Artist Responsibilities Provide high-quality tattoos and professional client experiences Maintain proper sanitation and station cleanliness Follow all required health and safety procedures Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled appointments Communicate professionally with clients and team members Maintain accurate client consent and service documentation Follow Jaguar Tattoos opening, closing, and shop standards Participate in team meetings and development opportunities Follow up with clients and encourage rebooking when appropriate Help generate and convert walk-in business Build and maintain your personal clientele Create consistent social media content Collaborate with Jaguar Tattoos on social media posts Photograph and document completed work professionally Maintain a professional personal brand online and inside the shop Contribute positively to the culture of the entire team Marketing Expectations Jaguar Tattoos provides a platform, environment, and brand that can help artists grow—but every artist is also responsible for building themselves. Artists should be willing to consistently: Post their work Create Reels and short-form content Use Stories to showcase availability, process, personality, and completed tattoos Collaborate with the Jaguar Tattoos social accounts Respond professionally to potential clients Develop their individual style and personal brand Participate in shop promotions, events, and community initiatives We don't expect you to already have a massive following. We expect you to be willing to build one. Compensation & Growth New artists begin on a 50/50 commission structure , with the opportunity to progress to 60/40 after 90 days based on performance, professionalism, consistency, production, client experience, content/marketing effort, and adherence to shop standards.
