Duties Perform high-quality tattooing with precision, creativity, and attention to detail, ensuring each design meets client expectations and studio standards Lead client consultations to understand their vision, provide expert advice on design options, color choices, and placement Maintain strict adherence to tattoo and piercing sterilization protocols, sanitation standards, and safety regulations to ensure client safety at all times Manage the studio's daily operations including scheduling appointments, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized Mentor junior artists by sharing techniques, providing constructive feedback, and promoting best practices in safety and artistry Uphold comprehensive knowledge of body piercing procedures and assist with piercing services when needed Handle client communication professionally, addressing questions or concerns promptly to foster trust and satisfaction Skills Extensive experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles and techniques Deep understanding of tattoo and piercing safety regulations, sterilization protocols, sanitation procedures, and first aid protocols Proficiency in body piercing procedures and aftercare advice Knowledge of color theory to create vibrant, balanced designs tailored to individual clients Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration Background in professional art or design with illustration skills that enhance creative versatility Store management experience including scheduling, inventory control, and customer service excellence Ability to educate clients on safety practices and aftercare instructions confidently Sales skills to promote studio services and upsell additional body art options effectively Join us as a Senior Tattoo Artist if you're ready to bring your artistic talents to life in an energetic environment that values safety, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
