WEEKLY PAY

This role requires 2+ years of professional detailing experience. You should already be proficient in ceramic coating installation, machine polishing and paint correction, scratch removal, hot water extraction, steam cleaning, and sap and overspray removal. Dennis Auto Details has spent 3 years building a reputation for high-end results across San Diego County. You'll work out of a fully equipped company van, on your own, at clients' homes and businesses. How pay works $20/hr guaranteed base. You never earn less.

Performance pay:

you also earn 30% of the labor revenue your work generates. Every week you're paid whichever is greater - your hourly total or your performance total. Work fast and clean, and performance wins. $26-$32/hr effective for an experienced tech on a full schedule, combining wages and tips Efficiency pays you. Finish your route in 6 hours instead of 8? You earn the same performance pay in less time. Tips are 100% yours. Our techs average $1,000-1,500 a month in tips on a full schedule. Paid weekly, every Friday. Schedule Full-time What you'll do Run interior and exterior details from a company van, track jobs and communicate with the office through our app, keep your van stocked, fueled, and clean, and represent Dennis Auto Details professionally at every job.
