Candidate Requirements Experience:

Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in a woodshop, carpentry, or industrial assembly environment.

Tool Proficiency:

Proven experience operating power tools (saws, automatic joiners, air compressors, and staple guns).

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and stand for the duration of a shift.

Commute:

Must possess independent, reliable transportation (public transit and rideshares are not reliable for this schedule).

Availability:

Flexible to work mandatory overtime, including weekends as production volume requires.
