Bilingual English/Spanish Job Description Exact Match Personnel is hiring experienced Upholsterers for an office chair manufacturing company in Ontario, CA. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented candidates who can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Previous upholstery experience is required. Please do not apply unless you have relevant upholstery experience. Job Responsibilities Upholster office chairs and chair components Measure, cut, position, stretch, and secure fabric or other upholstery materials Use hand tools, staple guns, and other upholstery equipment safely Inspect completed products for quality and appearance Follow production specifications and work instructions Maintain an organized and safe work area Meet daily production and quality expectations Assist with other production duties when necessary Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements Previous upholstery experience is required Bilingual in English and Spanish is required Experience using upholstery tools and equipment Ability to perform detailed, hands-on production work Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed Must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs Pay $18.00-$19.00 per hour Starting rate will be based on experience and qualifications Apply Today—Positions Are Filling Fast!
